Introducing: Legacy Makers Academy

The LegacyMaking Academy at GCA is a non-traditional educational framework for high school (9-12) that deliberately incorporates discipleship-driven “hands-on” application courses for a student’s faith life and the real world.  While the student will still receive some traditional coursework in the classroom(i.e. language arts, math, etc.), the coursework will be built into a home-school based curriculum that is attuned to the students giftings and applies the knowledge learned to achieve aptitude, relevance, and rhetoric for the current times we live in as Christians.

Consider…

Is our current structure at GCA the best educational framework that will come alongside parents and adequately prepare 9th-12th level students for the spiritual warfare and times we live in? Quite simply, is their education relevant for today’s world?

Our children know about God and how to be a Christian, but overall they are struggling with desiring Him.

Is it better to design an education system for a ‘one size fits all” or is it better to design an education system around students giftings?
